How to reassign an observation?

If you want to reassign the same observation to multiple companies in a row? Or if you made an assignment error, you can reassign it to another company in the library.

A mention will be added to the observation activity.

1. In the observation activity, select the <... >.
2. Select < Réattribuer >.
3. Select a new company to reassign the observation to to change only the company name with the same observation.
4. Select the arrow to select a new observation. The company and the observation will then be modified.

Reassignment Use Cases

You just realized that the washbasin turns out not to be in the right place. To fix it:

1. First of all, the observation will be attributed to the plumber:

The plumber will drop the sink and position it in the right place

he will say that his work is done => processed in Finalcad Classique.

2. The observation will then be reassigned to the tiler:

The tiler will redo the faience => processed in Finalcad Classique.

3. Observation is now reassigned to the painter:

The painter will come to do the painting retouching and say that his work is done => treated in Finalcad.

4. You can then check the finished work and then “lift” the observation
