During your site visits, some observations are more urgent or critical than others. Add this observation information to enable your employees to prioritize them.
You can report that an observation is a critical issue by following these steps:
- Open the observation and in the observation activity select the icon “...”.
- Select “Add as Review”.
- A comment is added to the observation activity for follow-up purposes.
- An exclamation mark is added to the observation.
Advice
You can remove the critical aspect of an observation at any time from the “...” menu by selecting “Delete Critical Aspect”.
