I am unable to make an observation

You can't make an observation (missing “+” symbol at the top right of your project), remember to check the following points:

• Are you logged in to your user account?
• An observation can be placed only on an area. Did you select the area plan and then the area on the left list?

• If you have access interveners “role: treat” pellet laying is not provided

If despite these checks, you still cannot create observations, we invite you to check your role with our support department by sending an email to [e-mail] .
