Forms - General Presentation

• This module helps you to perform different daily specific monitoring activities, such as quality control of your site, site inspection, audits. The construction operator or client/architect verifies the work and updates the observation as “Completed”.
• All forms will be created automatically in the default phase configured
  for the project.
• During a check visit, the job operator fills out the pre-installed form.
  Depending on the criteria of the form, defects in conformity are identified.
• A job operator can then use the observation module to get
  his teammates to rework on the lack of conformity.
• You can retrieve the status of all forms in PDF format.
• Each block represents a form.
  

  The color represents the status of the form.
  The cloud means that the form is not synchronized.
