Can I add a Revit file to the platform?
- You can file any type of file on the platform.
A box is missing from the list on the left, how can I add it?
- This part is reserved for the operations team, just notify them by email or phone.
I added plans (for layers) to the boxes, but they were not processed with the validation folder, why?
- Layers are processed/added to your project once the cutting on architect plan has been validated by you.
I forgot to click on “Share with FINALCAD”, were the plans sent?
- Unfortunately the plans remained on your computer and were not transferred. Make sure to click this button to send your plans and a notification to our teams.
How long are the plans processed?
- If your project is new, it takes about two to four weeks on average,
- If this is a background plan update, count about 4-5 days.
I have reset my password on FINALBOX and I can no longer log in to my FINALCAD profile (software followed by construction) with my usual password.
- The password is the same for all interfaces linked to Finalcad (FINALBOX, Manager.finalcad.com, Finalcad Classic application).
How long are documents stored on FINALBOX?
- They are kept for the duration of the construction site and then archived (the data is confidential and secure).
I can't find a box to add excel files, images, etc.
- These files are to be integrated in the “Other” box
Can I change the language of FINALBOX?
- Yes, just go to manager.finalcad.com. Please note that the reserve reports will be in the language you have chosen on the site manager.finalcad.com.
