Create a new project

In FC Live Manager, you can create new projects in your organization and make them available to your users.

Project creation is also available directly on the mobile app, more info here.

1. From the home screen, double click < Projets >.
2. Select the < + > icon.
3. Complete the name of your project, its address and its customer reference.
4. You can also add an image to your project.
5. Select < Créer >.

Note

It is advisable to cut out the construction site according to the number of buildings and the number of phase. For better monitoring of teams, 1 project = 1 building and 1 phase.

Once created, you can open your project.

1. Some information will automatically be displayed in the Settings page:
   • Name of the project,
   • Date of creation,
   • Reference of the project,
   • Status,
   • Language (depending on the language of the project creator).
2. On this page, you can archive the project by selecting < Archiver le projet >. It will then be inaccessible to employees.
3. Select < Modifier > to complete customer information.
