Using FINALBOX

Hello and welcome to FINALBOX (finalbox.fr)

FINALBOX, specially created for you, has been designed by our teams to improve exchanges between our teams and keep track of better traceability. This will allow us to keep the documents for the duration of the construction site and check the indications of the plans transmitted.

The documents embedded on our platform are confidential and secure. They are kept for the duration of the construction site and then archived.

Login

By the front page: finalbox.fr

The login credentials to sign in to FINALBOX are the same as those used for the Finalcad app (your work email address and your Finalcad password).

For the first use, a link is sent to you by the production department in order to communicate your documents to us. This is valid until your information is shared with our teams. Thereafter, you must use your credentials to log in.

Choose the project to which plans you want to add:

Drag your plans

1. Insert your drawings into the corresponding boxes in the left column and your other documents (e.g. logo, image, excel) into the “Other” box. Drag your items into the different boxes in the list on the left. You can add them by tapping an “Add” icon at the top right of the screen. You can create a line by pressing "New box” and rename.

2. A number will appear indicating the number of documents embedded in the left column.

Share the plan box with your employees

If your employee already has a Finalcad account

• Choose “Users” and then select your employee

If you prefer to share by link

• Select “Copy link” and send through your communication tool (mail, chat)...

You want to go back to the list of projects

• Click on “Projects”
