Introduction to reports

Several types of reports and exports are available in Finalcad:

• An export is a document generated directly from the application. It is a digital version of the data present in the application without additional analysis or data.
• A report can be generated manually in the application or automatically by our servers. It contains statistics that are additional to the application data.

In FC Live, the exports available are as follows:

• Exporting an event
• Export a form

You can also generate reports on an ad hoc or automated basis. Here are the various reports available:

• Manual report
• Project Report
• Project Summary Report

In order to master report submissions, we recommend that you “Configure Recipients” beforehand.

Note: You can also extract your reports and exports from our Finalcad Live Manager platform. More information in the “Setup” section.
