2. Select “Required” if this field is required to complete.
3. In the “Description” section,
   • • Set the control format: KO/OK or KO/neutral/OK.
     • Set the format: With Value, WithCheck, With Emoji.
4. “ Set Default Value”: The word or value entered here is displayed as the default value on the mobile.
5. “ Allow Not Applicable” allows the user to select the 'neutral' field.
