I can't update my project

Changes have been made to your project but you don't see them on your tablet or smartphone: adding authors, editing or adding zones, renaming, adding controls...

All this data is retrieved during project synchronization.

1. Make sure your Finalcad Classic app is up-to-date, checking for updates on the App Store (iOS), Play Store (Android)
2. Make sure that you have started the synchronization, and that the synchronization completes correctly
3. If synchronization ends (0 observation “not synchronized”. Check with the “status” filter), but you have not recovered all the data, you can delete and reload the project completely.
