Closing my project

There are 2 possibilities to close a project:

• Archive your project : This action will remove it from your device and those of your collaborators. The project will no longer be active and this action cannot be canceled.
• Delete your project : Unlike archiving, deleting the project only impacts your phone. Other employees will continue to access the project on their terminal.

Archive my project

1. Tap the <... > icon to go to the “Project Preferences” page.
2. Select < Archiver le projet >.
3. Select < Archiver le projet > to archive your project. The project will now disappear for all registered users.

Attention

Unsynchronized data will not be saved. Please make a comparison with your colleagues' smartphones or wait for the weekly report to verify that all data has been synchronized. The “Archive Project” option is only available for the “Advanced” or “Administrator” roles. If you need this option, contact our support department.

Delete my project

1. Tap the <... > icon to access the project preferences menu.
2. Select < Supprimer le projet >.
3. Validate by selecting < Supprimer le projet > to delete it locally. This project will only disappear from your phone and you will no longer be able to edit or track events.

Advice

You can restore a deleted project at the bottom of the Finalcad Live homepage.
